Yes, if the API from which you obtained the data allows commercial usage, user data obtained through interaction with your App may be used commercially but is subject to the rate limit as discussed in the Yahoo! APIs Terms of Use, associated guidelines, and documentation.
Yes, a user can control. However, once a user gives permission to share data with the developer, the developer takes over the control of user's data and usage. If the developer chooses to store user data for longer than 24 hours, it must post a privacy policy that explains what user data is collected and the uses of that data. The privacy policy must be accessible from the developer's App and it must provide a way for users to request deletion of their data. If a user does request deletion of user data, the developer must comply within 24 hours.
The customer will be notified via email once 100% of their monthly API Request allowance has been reached. Subscriber has to purchase API request add-on to avail more API requests. Subscriber can purchase add-on API requests from client dashboard. Add-on API requests don’t have any expiry date, whenever the subscribed plan API requests quota gets exhausted, Add-on API requests available on users account will be utilized first.
